What happened after the Chuhuiv An-26 crash in Kharkiv Oblast?

What was known in Ukraine by 30 September 2020 about the military plane crash near Chuhuiv? Five days earlier, on 25 September 2020, an An-26Sh training aircraft crashed on approach to landing in Kharkiv Oblast.
The plane was carrying cadets from Kharkiv Air Force University on a training flight. As reported at the time, the crash killed 26 people and wounded one other. Of the 27 people on board, one survived. The aircraft was destroyed.
The aircraft, tail number 76, belonged to the 203rd Training Aviation Brigade.
Ukraine declared 26 September 2020 a day of mourning for the victims, a day after the crash. Early reports spoke of more than 20 dead, among them cadets of the Kharkiv university.
By 30 September 2020, the crash near Chuhuiv remained the focus of attention in Kharkiv Oblast, where the cadets had been training.
